Poor Laura.
In her country, there is much political corruption. However, since their constitution limits the government's powers over prisons, the government uses asylums as a loophole to keep people in line. Laura happened to be the daughter of a minor government official, but she was taken away by the state, to make sure that her father would fall in line. Due to overcrowding, she was kept in what was known as a "wearable cell". This outfit was made up of a hood to prevent individuality, a gag to maintain silence, a jacket to for ease of control, and a diaper to act as her facilities. Despite all this, Laura was still determined to escape.
Laura was kept chained in one of the overcrowded hallways that night. However, she noticed that the chain that kept her to the post that night had a crack in one of it's links. While the other "patients" slept sitting on the floor, she tugged away for hours. Finally, *SNAP*, the chain broke, and she finally had the opportunity for freedom. She managed to get all the way outside by miracles and negligence that night, but her disappearance was not unnoticed for long. As she made her way out into the yard, she could see the shadow of the searchlight forming around her feet.

Your idea of the “Wearable Cell” is pretty clever. In an overcrowded asylum or prison setting, there’s a lot of good fantasy material to work with here 😉
